How to measure your band size

Please measure your wrist accurately with a measuring tape, or piece of paper and lay this on a ruler.

To measure your band: This must be done on the inside not outside as pictured, because you will gain 1cm in size if you measure the outer circumference.

When purchasing a copper band deduct 1/2cm as there is a gap at the ends, this allows adjustment to be firm on your wrist. If you prefer a loose fit order exact size or bigger, the magnets will work even if not close to the skin.

You can wear your band while swimming and in the shower as we cap the magnets with stainless steel caps to avoid rusting of the Neodymium magnets.

While working you can place a sweat band over your band to avoid catching while doing heavy labour.
